Thanks for visiting our website! I founded Loving Start in 2001 after my first son was born.l wanted to create a school that would instill a love of learning for all who walked through my doors. I am the proud mother of four beautiful human beings and the wife to an a very adventurous professional pilot. What I've learned most of the years raising my four children is that each of them are unique, in the ways they learn and process the world around them. At Loving Start we understand that your child is unique and that should be celebrated. Every child learns and grows at different paths, that's why it's vital to offer a wide range of learning tools every day to let every one of our students shine to the best of the their ability. When I am not working or hanging out with one of my own kids, I am usually on a plane traveling with my husband. So thankful for this beautiful messy life of mine.

I started at Loving Start in 2012 at the Folsom location where I helped develop the Infant/Toddler program. Amber ended up selling that school and I continued working for two other owners until I got the opportunity to work for Amber again when she opened the Auburn location in June 2016. I worked in the Explorer's class as the 2's teacher for 4 years and in the middle of my fourth year I became Director but finished the school with the kiddos. The 2020 school year I became a full time Director. Now I am the Regional Director for Loving Start, Auburn and Cameron Park. I am looking forward to helping both schools grow and to being there to support our amazing directors and teachers.

Hi, I‚am Jacklyn and I‚am the site director at Loving Start Leaning Center in Cameron Park. I have worked with children for 11 years now and I can truly say it is my passion! Being a preschool teacher you get to see so many milestones in their early years and there is something so special seeing their eyes light up when they discover something new! I love that I get to be such a big part of that. When I'm not working with the children I love spending time with my husband, tending to our homestead and being in the garden with our dogs, chickens, ducks and pet pig Poppy!

I'm a wife, mom of two boys, and Air Force veteran. I have been volunteering and working with young children since I was in middle school. I love working with young kids each day and being a part of their early learning experience. Being able to watch them conquer obstacles in both curriculum and socially with friends, brings me so much joy. As pre-school teachers we have an incredible opportunity to help set a positive foundation and ready students for their grade school experience and beyond.

I'm Miss Haley! I am a mama to my sweet 16 month old daughter, Hazel. She was born with a clubfoot, and has had amazing care to correct it through Shriner's Hospital. It is a big part of our lives, and she is thriving! I have three fur babies, a dog named Raider, and two cats named Lilo and Nala! I love to read, and am a big Disney fan. My favorite thing is to spend time with my daughter and husband David! I began working with children when I started babysitting at 13, and I never stopped! I love teaching young minds, and am so excited to teach at Loving Start!
